Why couldn't the builders just paint the walls white? Why did they have to mix in burgundy and goldenrod to make a weird purple-y shade of grey that doesn't look right in southern, eastern, OR western exposures?

I'm lowkey doing the math on what it would cost to get rid of these grey walls now.

It's like the "ideal" or modal person is non-disabled with no "pre-existing conditions", and everyone else is assigned a fractional (<1) value on the basis of their deviation from that "ideal". That's quite reminiscent of eugenicist logics.

Oh, and it's ~4 days from when the food was cooked, so if you prepped dishes in advance, their post-Thanksgiving shelf-life is even shorter.
