It's like they want to have their cake and eat it too - they want to be on the right side of history, but don't want to do the work of pushing back against potential bad actors. While there are many bad actors, and politicians must pick their battles, there are some who seem to exist on autopilot.

Reddit is shadowbanning a pop culture sub called Fauxmoi. Admin isn't giving the mods a clear answer, they just say the content is 'sensitive' and refuse to elaborate further. The implication is that comments deemed too left wing and/or mods are queer/female/PoC get censored by Reddit admin.

Can someone pls ELI5 why an upper middle income member of NATO that hosts multiple US military bases has to burn through its own defense budget fending off Russian drones? How is the US and/or NATO helping? These aren't rhetorical questions.
