And yes too much environmental campaigning is a pile of finger point moralistic nonsense, that get people angry. So lets not have any finger pointing.....when a new technology emerges there is distrust.

There are debates about challenging data centres, cutting out meat and flying less....big silence on central heating, every time we put it on we are burning the planet! Central heating is a very significant source of climate change emissions, but we nearly all have it, so silence!

It isn't anywhere near where it needs to be in the UK for domestic heating. The big campaigning push and action point needs to be central heating.

I think this is really picking up for vehicles, EVs are taking off and if you hate all cars, a focus on walking, cycling, buses and trains is an obvious alternative.

And yes we have to fight like hell to get action on climate, but the key principle for quick emissions cuts is 'electrify everything, get the electricity from renewables'

I think given the terrifying reality denial has power. Also there is widespread ignorance of net zero in the UK. Above all, there is a lot of money from big oil funding opposition to climate change action. Grim!.
