When I was at CA I asked if I could participate in a game jam and they were a bit iffy about it but it was in a 'Put it this way, what SEGA doesnt know...' kinda way. So that was my attitude my entire time in studios - tho I do think being secretive did make it harder for me to seek guidance 🫠
