I hear ya, my sleep has been all over the shop this year. That said, my brain does always want to chat the minute my head hits the pillow... unlike my wife who sleeps like a log.

Yes, but it's an important topic - deserving of its own podcast series. I'll get onto it and you can be my first guest. 😀

That’s amazing, well done. Great to hear about the Write Club legacy and that it helped your writing.

I agree, but as you'll know, that is really very tricky. That's where the work you do and others is so important. They're being hit by all kinds of scams offering to boost their profile and impact.

KNOW-PH is built on creative approaches to mobilising knowledge and - if used right - comedy can be a useful tool in that process. As a group we are thrilled that UPEN recognised both the humour and the serious message behind our day-to-day work. 5/5

The video took a distinctively creative approach, styling itself on the BBC’s acclaimed comedy series W1A. By leaning into the dry, self-deprecating mockumentary format, I wanted highlight the subtle nuances of the profession. 3/5

The comp was to create a short video that captured a day in the life of a knowledge mobiliser. Thanks to project lead @lizzysuch.bsky.social who gave me the permission to approach this work differently and explore the complexities and challenges within knowledge mobilisation through comedy. 2/5

They will be trawling the staff pages looking for gullible staff with some cash to help enhance their profile. I suppose this practice, as others, is inevitable.

I spoke to the academic and she said she's been approached at least 5 times. So I suspect some, if not all, are seeking a fee. In other cases the academics do not warrant their own page, which very much underpins that thought.

There's an offer on right now, buy two chairsols and get a loosol for free. These are much less popular though.

110

You need a chairsol - I can get one shipped out to you this afternoon!

110

Spoiler alert!!! It doesn't. It can be very effective and impactful on a local level too.
