I think the reason the media only blipped is because nobody was surprised. We almost all - Republicans included - know what Trump is. The problem is that his voters are always willing to overlook his crimes because he gives them what they want. They are as transactional and unprincipled as he is

Trump isn't crazy - he's a salesman, selling the idea that he's a success. I worry less about his sanity and more about that of the people who are buying what he's selling.

I think it's because you can't intimidate a mail voter. You can't scare them away from voting.

Gerrymandering may be legal, but it violates the essence of democracy.

"...with the use of sharp knives and muscle..." Me? I'd use hungry rats and lots of time. Or a flamethrower and ingenuity. Maybe a can opener and determination. He's so silly and transparent. Who in their right mind would take him seriously?

Today, as part of my monster-ing and criminal-ing, I'm going to take my mom to the dollar store and maybe Walmart, then watch something on YouTube with her. Thug life is much quieter than I expected it would be.

And then you have the extra generosity to want to share that softening with the world. Thank you for that thoughtfulness!
