If the WSBA can’t get the bar exam to go off this week, making people wait until February is unacceptable. The only equitable and acceptable thing to do is provisionally license everyone who was scheduled to take the exam, subject to taking and passing the next administration of the exam.

Offering a February re-take is a sick joke.

Not that surprising when you realize the President of the NCBE never took the bar exam.

Now that the Bar Exam is fully online, there is zero reason not to run it once a month, or even more often, like the GRE.

I’m not training students to take an exam. I’m training them as a career to be a lawyer. It’s malpractice not to open a book.

I cannot imagine how much stress those folks are going through, being told they might have to wait until February to test to enter their professions.
