It's really depressing to see the amount of scam bots increase in here and in Discord. It feels like every week there has to be a new bot of some kind in either my or someone else's pieces, or they infiltrate my or someone else's Discord server. It's getting exhausting.

I'm just gonna say this now, I may be reopening Ko-Fi rewards somewhere around the middle of the month. I'd open them next week, but July was so slow for me especially considering the new job I took, so, I want some extra time to do stuff

Okay, this new Clip Studio update may be the best update the program has had in a while Finally, bezels (sorta) and drop shadows are in the program!

I bit the bullet and played Mega Man 10.... It exists.

The day I see a game of mine played on a Steam Deck/Machine, or any kind of system that's not PC or mobile, I'll feel like my life is complete A part of me legit wants to get a Steam Deck or something similar just to make the dream a reality heheh (Although, they're expensive as heck here)

Update about the last #devlog: I managed to prototype one of Ameer's moves, the Ink Bullet, with all of its variants, as well as the experience system and checing if a battle's active or not. And now I gotta nerf that move lol #godot #gamedev #jrpg

It's really unrealistic, but I really wish that Xenogears and Xenosaga could get a modern port or remaster in any way.

Yesterday, it completely dawned on me that I don't usually work on owed stuff until the end of a month comes close. Advice on watching tutorials about anything, don't just watch one or many & call it a day, try to actually execute them yourself. This will not only help train you and make you know what you're doing, but it'll also show you if it's a good tutorial for you or not. Helps avoid "tutorial hell".

Remember when I said I'd worry about my crossover ideas being cheesy until I see how other people do it & gain confidence? This fangame, Sonic Escape, is what eased me, and it's pretty wild for a roguelike 2D Sonic game, and it's fun But I've yet to show you the wildest thing about it thus far...

Sometimes I wonder if my ideas of adapting other game universes into my OC lore would come off as cheesy and not well thought out. But then I see how others do it with ease and no worry and I figured "Eh, screw it, I ball. I can do it!"... until the cycle repeats itself lol
