Almost time for the Ausalert rave.

God, JIRA is just awful. So many bugs.

I've spent my life hearing older people complaining about things. And by gosh it's my turn dagnabbit!

Part of me thinks it is directors deliberately making films dark on screens to attempt to push people into cinemas.

I must be getting that age where I complain about everything. . . But why are films so dark and desaturated now? I feel like it goes well beyond a stylistic choice. It's like we have forgotten how to light scenes and use colour grading effectively.

Got the itch to replay Quest for Glory 4. But the real question becomes, do I just jump right into 4? Or am I going to play through all of them from the start again? Gotta import that hero!

Purple one directs your eye to the middle, whereas the green I find my eyes darting around a bit more without settling.

It's interesting. Seeing them side by side, I'd say the green one is better. But looking at them individually, I'd actually say the purple one is better.
