I've never been one to think of cars as more than machines. That was until I bought my 340i during COVID. It was the first time in my life I bought exactly the car I wanted. I love Raven and have grown very attached to her. Which makes this SUPER painful. Really hoping they'll fix her.

In a win for @ubiquiti.bsky.social, I found out yesterday that my neighbors cut my fiber line while installing a new fence TWO MONTHS AGO. Thanks to the WAN redundancy/load balancing in my Dream Machine, I didn't even notice. Obviously I need to setup some alerting.

Feeling worthless.

Reaching that point in the job search now where the anxiety is becoming a daily struggle. I wish I could say I'm stunned at how poorly companies treat candidates, but I've watched it for years. Still, being on the receiving end of it has been somewhat eye opening.

And there, finally, was the ugly cry I needed to get out of my system. Closing out that small chapter and refocusing my energy now!

Perhaps an unpopular opinion, but I'll always think of Sam Neill as Capt. Borodin. And I'll never not be sad when his character gets killed. "I would like to have seen Montana"

So yes, after day 200, I've stopped posting #HackerFit. Not because I've stopped working out and watching my diet, but because I'm holding steady at a weight and body image Im happy with. When I have an occasion to wear my goal dress, I'll post one more pic to cap it off 🙂

Well that was soul crushing.
