In the US, too, these studies suffer from lack of external validity - there's no commonly accepted measure of racial bias or discrimination that correlates with the unconscious bias test.

External, as in, it doesn't really correlate with other measures of racism - criminal justice, wage gaps, equal-résumé discrimination, segregation, education gaps, perceptions of racism by the minority group in question, perceptions of the minority group by the majority on surveys.
