He has options - Lauer has been a surprise and so has Wrobo. Snell and Glasnow are getting close. Ryan still due in August. I'm feeling pretty good about the rotation.

The problem is math and science - how many parents really know differential equations? That's middle school material in many countries now, and those kids will be winning the jobs. I taught graduate courses that required strong math skills. My classes were full of Chinese kids.
