Woo, name change complete! I am now.... Alex. Turns out, my parents gave me the gender neutral form anyway, so I didn't feel like changing that. got a femme middle name, and took my mom's maiden name though!

Tomorrow I stand in front of a court to get my name changed. Thankfully, WA is very open and easy to do this for trans folk, but it still gonna be nervewracking! #Trans

Sucks when I only have so much energy for a day, and I burn much of it having a really good day at work, only to get home and just want to dissolve into nothing.

Yayy! Got my first syringes for estrogen injection instead of sublingual. Doc still wants a low dose while I adjust, but should be able to start going higher after about a month.

Yeah, that's about right.

Picked up Esoteric Ebb from the Steam sale. Turns out when you translate Disco Elysium into D&D, I enjoy it a thousand times more, and I already enjoyed Disco a good bit.

Had a rough day at work, finally get home looking for a pickup. Me: Hey, maybe there will be some nice trans sentiments for the last day of pride. *Sees the supreme court news* Oh.... Well... At least my day was already bad.... I'm gonna go lie down.

Hmm. First Pride since being out is this weekend, but I'm not feeling great, and traffic from world cup is gonna make the city a bitch to move around in. To go, or not to go....

Just printed off a charge port cleaner, and spent 15 minutes amazed at the no end of dust I could scrape out of my phone port. Finally got to the point where it will charge on the phone stand I bought!

Finally hit LL2 with a table who are still new to #Lancer. I love hearing them gush about how cool all of their new kit sounds and synergizes! We also secured our new home base, so mission structure will now be us choosing what we want to repair and upgrade to make it our own.

Woo, new graphics card is online, and new 3D printer is printing!

With video card dead, I figured this weekend would be a great time to dive deeper into a new RPG book, or build out more backstory for my Lancer character. Or even just fold my laundry. But executive dysfunction got me just lying here, scrolling bsky, laying on top of my clothes.

Sad day: came home from work and my graphics card just isn't receiving power anymore. Reseated it, tried it in a spare PC, no dice. Time to drop a surprise $500 for a new one 😞
