Is there a scenario in which Capital One either chooses to or is compelled to reveal their findings?

Anyone know the procedure that gets these masked men in shabby clothes are getting past airport security? Are they being asked to have their faces scanned the same way I am, along with some sort of conformation of current employment with ICE?

I actually don’t know what the Dems are supposed to do to return to status quo ante. It seems the only bargaining chip they have to extract anything from Iran is to pull back from Israel, which would be a victory for the U.S. but would be reported as a surrender also.

I am reminded of an elegantly dressed senior couple walking arm in arm outside the Curran Theater bordering the Tenderloin in SF, oblivious to all the neighborhood brings and enjoying themselves, while the tech bros refuse to leave their enclaves and complain about the city. They are the true SF.

Almost certainly wouldn’t work, but I’d like to know more about how pardons work in practice — make the arrests, force the perp assert the pardon as a defense, if there’s any claim the pardon is not valid (rubber-stamped by someone other than the president, etc.), make the argument as to why.
