Just read something on @pckt.blog ... Right at the end it says, this was mostly AI generated. I feel betrayed. Why @pckt.blog ? Why?

Water: Now just a way to generate more wealth for the super rich. Why are we choosing to waste time chatting to an AI over our *actual* survival?!!

Who Framed Roger Rabbit is still a great film. The effects are so perfectly put together you can really believe there's a Toontown hiding somewhere in Hollywood. And so many comedy greats. #Filmsky #BestFilms

The insidious creep of adverts, everywhere. For the shareholders. (I own an LG too. It continues to do this.)

Tom Warren

honestly, fuck LG for adding these notifications at startup on their TVs. I had every option for promotions disabled in the system settings, but they added new ones through the built in apps. I’ll never ever own anything LG ever again.

This is great point. You just move from Engineer to Jockey. (A "jockey" : someone who just points something in the right direction - then takes all credit for everything it achieved) #AIJockey

there's no greater shame as a developer than having claude listed as a "contributor" on your github repo page, all credibility lost instantly

This website looks horrible... and I love it. More, please.

You might not have noticed, but when @kandake.africa demoed @twinkl.social at the @npmx.dev event a few nights back, she was already running the updated version with data passing support. Try it out on twinkl.social!

A new protocol! It's exactly the same as https but uses port 444. The difference is, ONLY HUMANS CAN USE IT. No AI, no bots, no aardvarks, no aliens. #PrivacyFirst

I think this is what makes me most angry about AI. The good people created the Internet. But the AI companies took it. And now they charge you for it. (And it's not much less truthfull)

This really looks like AI generated it... Hair disappearing, ties disappearing, 4 fingers / 5 fingers. Is this AI biting the hands that feed it?

This is a super clever API. "Carbon Intensity" predicts the best time to "turn something on" and minimise Carbon output. i.e. it calculates when the electricity is most likely to be green, for the following 72 hours. So, delay a process until it's greenest! www.carbonintensity.org.uk
