Great to kickoff a canvass this morning in Sandwich 🔥 We're 100 days out from Election Day, and that means we have 100 days talk to our neighbors, and ensure every voter knows what's at stake and who's fighting for them up and down the ballot here in Massachusetts.

When Dem AGs act, we get stuff done. We'll keep fighting in court to stop this anti-competitive merger from going through.

Every member of Congress should be fighting tooth and nail to extend TPS protections. I led Dem AGs in calling for just that earlier this week. I'm grateful for leaders like @edmarkey.bsky.social and @ayannapressley.bsky.social who are fighting the good fight - but we need others to step up.

The fight to save TPS isn't over. I led a group of AGs today calling on the Senate to act and pass legislation to protect TPS status for our Haitian brothers and sisters.

Because of our lawsuit, a judge just blocked the Paramount/Warner Bros. merger from continuing as we move forward with our case. Remember: When Trump's DOJ turns a blind eye to corporate greed, state AGs are stepping up to fight for you.

Trump is trying to sow doubt about our elections to distract from the fact that he's done nothing to make your life better. Gas, groceries, and rent are up. He's been in office 18 months. What has he actually delivered? Nothing. So he's attacking democracy instead.

I'm calling on the U.S. Senate to immediately pass legislation to extend Temporary Protected Status for Haitians nationals. Approx. 45,000 Haitian neighbors lawfully here in MA are at risk for being forcibly removed back to unsafe conditions. SCOTUS got it wrong. Now, Congress needs to act.

It's official: Dem AGs are suing to block Paramount and Warner Bros.' merger. Not only would this merger hurt competition, it would allow Trump's buddies, the Ellisons, to control what you watch and how much you pay for it from everything from Animal Planet to CBS News to HBO. We're fighting back.

Trump has tried to ban mail-in voting, demanded voter data, tried to ram through the SAVE Act, and gutted the VRA. And now: fired the entire Election Assistance Commission ahead of the midterms. This is a coordinated assault on our democracy. Massachusetts is watching, and we are not backing down.
