I'm not in the business of making life miserable for people actively involved in my medical care. I can't imagine the shit they see.

Be nice to your hospital staff. I was in for a procedure this AM which dragged into the PM and more than a few nurses remarked how kind and patient I was. IMHO I was just acting like a human being.
