Huston and Bradbury did a great job of boiling down (groan) and rendering (double-groan) a massive, rangey novel into a two-hour tale of obsession and revenge, and the dire price to be paid for both. Nicely done. #TheFilmCrowd

"HIM!" Reminds me of a massive, multi-issue BATMAN story from the 1990's, called NO MAN'S LAND. With Gotham cut off from the rest of America, the villains were fighting for territory. Joker kept a map of who owned which parts of the city, & the part Batman controlled he marked "HIM!" #TheFilmCrowd
