To be fair a lot of Corporations still operate on federal holidays and make money by underpaying people who can't afford to take off to be with their families. I wish I could say Christmas was an exception. But more and more places are open every year.

The dance date scenes with him were legit terrifying. Vulture was a good villain with proper real world motivation. Wait a minute, I thought this was the anti-gravity gun. *shrugs* Yikes. 😬
Correct. Just thinking out loud if he could appoint, it would most likely be a Dem, and he'd choose his actions differently right now. Since he can't and its an election, no need to rush or stick his neck out.
I'm not a Constitution of the State of Kentucky expert. I'd say as a former AG, the Governor may know something I don't about the hand he's playing. LOL
I think he's saying...a special election will just result in another R going to the senate, its actually better that MM stay off the job therefore not adding R votes on senate matters. If he could APPOINT someone to finish the term...different story.
Not sure I'm far enough out to sit through it again, even though I know what happens. I recommend it to everyone who is into SW, and even casual fans looking for something. And I will watch it again. For sure.
