Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave Direct: Spends a good 20 minutes showing off the story and main 4 heroes, then ends with "Oh, by the way, the REAL hero and story takes place 5 years after! Go alone or change the past?" is quite a move. (That and it's probably a very long game, with that in mind.)

Talking about giant robot shows elsewhere making me realise that, especially in the west, it's more of an old man thing these days. Nobody under the age of 35 are into them as much. (Speaking as someone over that age.)
