A year ago, we got some new neighbors who were Very Into Meth (and still are!), and their all-night antics led to weekly, rifle-armed LAPD visits. Then earlier this year, a heroin dealer moved in, and someone OD’d in there within 48 hours. Between these 2 apartments: 3 unfixed German shepherds!?!
