I don't believe the YIMBY Dems endorsed Whitburn's camping ban... and I'm pretty sure they've endorsed all of Elo-Rivera's tenant protection ordinances, which the Chamber/BIA have mostly opposed.

YIMBY Dems just voted to not endorse the CEQA reform ballot initiative despite downtown/developer interests making the pitch. It’s also a club of the county Democratic Party, not an independent expenditure committee (a.k.a. super PAC).

A 74-year-old woman ran a stop sign at the (very confusing) intersection of University Avenue and Chollas Parkway and struck an oncoming driver head-on. She suffered an open ankle fracture, fractured pelvis and collapsed lung. She's expected to survive. #VisionZero
