The only thing I can think of that was kind of iffy was in the very beginning of Covid downplaying the need for masks. I can't exactly remember if that was to preserve more for medical workers or because they weren't sure yet. Either way its nowhere near as bad as your average covid denier talking.

Unrelated but the world boss event in guild wars 2 is very funny for kinda this reason. They made an event that funnels everyone participating into one of two spots in the open world and expectedly all the bosses are constantly freezing.
