I wonder if Alaska can charge her for the delay of the flight. I don't think she'd like knowing what it costs to operate a 737. Especially if they also billed her for any compensation they had to pay to the other passengers for delays – or pain and suffering. 🙂 Need to send Alaska a thank you…
