It's time that vexatious lawsuits, the type Trump files constantly, have a barb in their tail. If it becomes obvious during discovery that the lawsuit is not based in any fact, then the damages sought become damages to be paid. Trump uses lawsuits to silence the media, not due to harm suffered.
