UCLA illegally fired its DEI Director—over posts about Charlie Kirk. Obviously suing. Hired a team of lawyers, including 1st Amendment specialists; no idea how this’ll go but y’all have my word on one thing: I will never ever accept any settlement that requires me to keep the details confidential.
