Movement Conservatives *hated* Arnold, and felt he hijacked their recall of Grey Davis. As Governor they steadfastly opposed most of his initiatives and he, for his part, found them impossible to deal with. Now he's anti-MAGA and pro-immigration, and the CA-GOP hate him more than ever.
