Suoer intrigued by GLP-1 anti inflammatory impacts on autoimmune conditions. Since I have a lot of family history of different endochrine conditions I was aware of research showing diabetes and Alzheimers' relationships to inflammation and this new research is very exciting!

I’m really interested, as well, my lupus/sjogrens, though genetic, appeared to have gone undetected post pregnancy, then into remission for decades. The triple whammy of infectious disease, set off a cytokine storm that still hasn’t abated-likely the switch that reawakened the rheumatological hell.

My sed rate and C-reactive protein remain sky high, no matter what I do. All of this is quite exciting and promising on so many fronts! Everything from, endo, neuro, cardiac to psych. Go go go science. 🧪 ❣️

I’m going to have to listen to that. Find myself often reminded people of why and how good enrichment came about and the good it has accomplished. My counter to the “white bread is toxic” narrative! 😉 If someone has very few pennies to spend, best maximize w nutrient enhanced foods.

My father did his surgical training in TN, the stories he told were incredible. Pica was so severe, they sold blocks of starch for people to eat, hidden away, stealthily. Malnourishment was so horribly rampant.
