The hateful bigots think they’ve won. But, they will never win! It might take years, but everyone who’s responsible for this abhorrent code and the legal cases that underpinned it will eventually become widely despised exactly like those who oppressed other minorities are today.

Practicalities this "opportunity" afforded airport are taken in context for limitation #CoP places upon existing buildings. Small cafe with [the single toilet - inevitably private & gender neutral] seems the outright no worries winner & ironically we may be witnessing the end of gendered facilities.
