I agree with you that he will be confirmed. Lisa Murkowski will vote “Yes” to confirm and Susan Collins will vote “No”. If Collins wasn’t up for reelection, she would vote “Yes” as well, but this is the “game” she and Murkowski play to make sure Republicans pass whatever Trump wants.
