I've said it before and I'll say it again. Disability is the only minority you can join at any time. Fighting for OUR rights, is fighting for YOUR rights in the future. We're all in this together, don't leave the vulnerable behind, lest you become one of us.
Grant StonerHappy 36th anniversary of the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. To this day, disabled people still can't get married, and our rights are actively being challenged over and over. True disability inclusion happens when we're equals to our able-bodied peers.
