He approved AMR getting 911 runs. He has approved AmeriPro as well. More have submitted and are going to be approved. He has hiked prices of medical care. He has not supported the union. Has not directed negations for a contract as union members keep working with out a contract.

Regarding Unions EMS unions (Local 2507, Local 3621) have been without contracts since mid-2022 (under the Adams administration). Negotiations (with Mamdani) are ongoing with no agreement finalized. Mamdani proposed a 22% wage increase for pay parity. What are the unions waiting for?

22% over four years when we are 50% behind. What is needed is 50% and matching Fire from that point on.
