The thing with people asking for refund to a subscription they created a month ago (and used) is that i'm fucked either way: I say yes, you got to use it for free I say no, you chargeback, I lose the money anyway + an additional €20 fee I can cite EU law till I'm red in the face, AMEX doesn't care
