I should be clear it was a joke, but also I kinda don't know how luxurious I really think it is. Kinda has golden cage vibes

In a given neighborhood I think a SFH is typically preferable to the alternative, even among urbanists. And you pay a premium price for it. That said, I vastly, VASTLY prefer my urban townhouse to moving back to a SFH in a car-centric, unwalkable suburb.
