The Fit is unfortunately either front wheel drive or all wheel drive (depending on options. It might go to rear wheel drive only in dry, warm conditions, but more likely it'll cut the rear axle out and go to FWD only).
Also, the load when turning is actually on the outside tire (so if you're turning right, you're loading up the left tires), so this would be more of an issue when turning right.
