We need a signal in the event of voter intimidation, etc. I propose that, if someone's harassed by ICE Gestapo, etc at the polls or a protest, they calmly but loudly call out, "PHONES-UP!" Then everyone around them starts recording. Please spread this around! #PhonesUp
