Fedorov’s core points per Pravda interview: 1. building win-win relationships with our partners 2. staying ahead of Russia in every technological cycle 3. The third is comprehensive digitisation 4. The fourth is fighting corruption How strong will #4 be w/o Fedorov?

The problem with reinstating Fedorov is that it automatically undermines either the senior military general or the President, or both. Future relationships between these players are likely to be less intimate, much more guarded, and inefficient. This entire episode is a dream come true for Russia.
