Heinlein, Orson Scott Card, Neal Stephenson - all conservative. You can read a lot of books incorrectly to make them right-wing, though. See: Brave New World, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep (incidentally, I personally don't love Philip K Dick, but that has to do more with how he writes women)
