You are missing my point. I have never disputed that we stopped buying American wine. I am pointing out that the disappearance of our tiny share (<2%) of TOTAL American wine production is unlikely to have "devastated" U.S. winegrowers, and it seems like Schiff is scapegoating us for their problems.
