Noticed it. Few thoughts: Infantilizing of teens. Fewer teens interested in the gig. Decaying social trust + litigiousness. Also seeing a lot more grandparents taking regular babysitting duty among parents I know (was UMC more mobile a generation back? Fewer local grandparents then?).
