Every affected state should require all federal taxes to flow through a state account, and distribute none of it to the Feds until this nonsense stops.

As long as the States' laws also include a requirement to cover the legal defense, bail, fines, and other legal expenses for anyone (including taxpayers) charged by the IRS or Federal Government due to such a law, I'm fine with that.
