The Pentagon updated its war casualty database Saturday, adding more than 140 add’l wounded and restoring the four soldiers previously killed in Iranian strikes, bringing combined totals since the war began on February 28 to 18 troops dead and 624 wounded, a jump from previous peak of 482 wounded.
