We need a lot more businesses to sue. This administration needs to listen to the courts. Two small businesses sued the Trump administration over its latest round of global tariffs, launching another legal challenge that could redefine the limits of Trump’s authority to wage a global trade war.

Trump does not have the authority to impose these new tariffs (which function as new taxes paid by American importers) without congressional authorization.

The problem is that no one is stopping him. Everyone who is involved in the tariff process must decide to ignore these illegal orders. Maybe it's time to get a list of everyone involved, from clerks to managers to supervisors and remind them that they are following illegal orders!1/2

Ashley Babbitt’s family should have sued him for the fact that she was shot trying to break into the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. She believed him but no, her family waited to sue us, the US taxpayers $5 million. He did something similar for corrupt Michael Flynn.

Imagine the time & money that's wasted on capricious lawsuits filed by the regime and in fighting those capricious lawsuits. Every suit filed by and every suit that is defended by the regime, comes out of our "deep" pockets. For every suit, other suits that have waited for months, get pushed aside.

I guess the SCOTUS only said - He can't impose tariffs through EOs . . . now he is trying another route, in case anyone's confused like I was. Tariffs give him leverage for personal favors and kickbacks, but I would think really rich people would resent that. They're not used to kissing rings.

First off, no Company should have to request a tariff refund. The Government knows exactly how much they charged everyone they collected tariffs from and should refund them all automatically with no action on the Corps required. Trump is discouraging them from requesting their refunds!

It’s such a consideration, to sue or not to sue. It takes a toll in time & energy, probably an emotional toll. Drawn out, costly, lives upended. But, to do so now may even make one heroic. What has happened to wronged companies & people will only continue. Consider literally saving America❗️⚖️🇺🇸⚖️
