An aside, but the term "sex observed at birth" (i.e. appearance of genitals) is absurd. Likely spent months work shopping it, too. It's no more relevant for adult health records than eye, hair or skin colour observed at birth. Anyone with experience of babies knows all 4 often change after birth.🙄
