I assume nothing, but the purpose of the boycott of US alcohol is because of the illegal tariffs on Canadian steel, aluminum, cars, automotive parts, lumber, etc. California has no power to lift those. So, again, there is nothing to be gained for us by putting California alcohol back on the shelves.
