I like my landlord, but i live in subsidized housing so i'm happy to have an empathetic landlord now, because the guy who was the landlord when I moved in was rude and overcharged rent so much that i had over 1000 in credit and didnt have to pay rent for like 12 months 😂😭

for what it's worth, good reviews might be more valuable for other users than bad reviews. it's a lot harder to find a good landlord than it is to find a bad one
