New local Michelin-chasing place is claiming pissaladière is from Marseille. Pissaladière is from Nice, not from Marseille. Marseille has this pizza thing called pizza moitié-moitié, anchovies on one half, cheese on the other. Anyway. Had to get it off my chest.
