El Niño will permanently shift the Earth towards a warmer climate. Even a moderate El Niño could lead to a global temp. rise of +1.7 °C. The effects will be drastic. Today Hungary has to shut down its biggest powerplant. Some rivers in Europe are no longer navigable.... #drought #climatechange
