Could probably recreate it with a waffle maker on low temp. Underfill slightly, let it cook till its solid so it doesnt ooze out, and put a layer of jam (spread on parchment paper in a thin layer and frozen ahead of time) on top, then put more batter on top. Flip and undercook, then freeze to reheat
