this makes so much sense until you think about it for 5 seconds a) hugging is far from a competitor b) hugging face determined an ai agent was behind the hack before they knew it was openai, so yes ai did this hack its not a publicity stunt but this stuff gets 200 likes we rlly need community notes
SeraI don't buy this bullshit for a single fucking second. This is perfectly engineered to 1) attack a competitor, 2) "have" plausible deniability, and 3) push forward the narrative of AI having actual, autonomous intelligence. Fuck OpenAI.
